Cactuses is a movie made by 24 highschool students and 5 college students. It is a full-length movie that is available to view and download for free. As Bobo enters the stormy years of puberty and beyond, this is one of the movies I will watch with him. I'd have to put this alongside Donny Darko, Suburbia, and Rebel Without a Cause. Hopefully I can reassure Bobo that he is not alone, yet not dismiss his feelings as merely something we all face. True, we all face it; however, his experience is singular. On a somewhat related note, The Decline Of Western Civilization (the same director as Suburbia, Penelope Spheeris, who also did Wayne's World) series will be coming to DVD real soon now.
