Hoover Belt 38528-033 Replacement Home Care industries replacement belt number 31145 for a Panasonic Upright UB & UB8 is quite similar to the Hoover Belt 38528-033, which we were unable to find. The Home Care line was carried at Home Depot, and I was able to get our old Hoover Wind Tunnel beating the carpet again with the Panasonic belt.
